Notes

A decent sounding early recording. There's some awful noise around 5khz for the first few minutes but that clears up by the second song, luckily. This source sounds significantly better than the previous lossless version I had.

The right channel drops almost entirely about a minute before the ending of New Life and returns just before the end of the song, and reaches its previous level at the beginning of Puppets. I pasted the left channel over the right to correct this issue. You can hear the right channel still being quieter than the left at the beginning of Puppets, but it clears up quickly. Since the audio is actually audible at this point, I left that alone.

This is the earliest circulating recording of the "metallic" intro that bears a resemblance to a slowed down version of "Shout". It's missing about 1 minute and 25 seconds. You can find a complete, very good sounding recording of that intro from 1981-08-02 Jenkinsons, Brighton, England, UK. Another early unreleased track, The Price Of Love, was purportedly played at this concert as well, but is not present on my tape. I used another lossless source for this track; lineage is unknown. What's Your Name? misses the last few seconds.
