A very good sounding FM broadcast of an early gig. The mix is somewhat odd, with vocals rather low in the mix. The DJ usually talks excessively between songs. "Dreaming Of Me" was likely played, but was not broadcast.

Revision as of 13:35, 8 May 2021

Notes

A very good sounding FM broadcast. The DJ, Bernard Lenoir, talks too much between the songs, but other than that it's a very nice recording. Clarity varies between songs, with some songs sounding more muffled than others. Overall though, the quality is very good.

This tape does not have the DJ outro, so the DJ outro from a worse sounding FM broadcast source was used to complete the recording.

A better sounding master FM broadcast recording sourced from a reel tape, which is slightly less complete than this cassette copy, is available at Source 2.

Thanks to darkdevoted for supplying the tape.
