Notes
A very good, but also very noisy soundboard recording from a pro-shot video (Source 2). There was an awfully loud ringing noise which I was able to reduce, but there's nothing I can do for the rest of the hiss.
You may find the pro-shot DVD this audio was extracted from at Source 2.
