Notes

During Fly On The Windscreen, Dave invited a girl on stage and sang the words "kiss me" at the end, inviting her to kiss him on the cheek.

According to BONG magazine #21 issued July 1994, this concert is one of three concerts which the band named as the favourite gig of the Devotional tour, saying that "[t]hey found it hard to name just one as there were so many good shows". Furthermore, when Associated Press writer Keith Loria asked Martin Gore on October 2nd 1993 about the first leg of the SOFAD tour, Martin replied:

"I believe we played the best concert we ever played in Madrid. The audience was manic from the moment we walked on stage."

Here is Daryl Bamonte's entry for the famous Devotional Tour Diary, published in Bong magazine in 1994:

“One of the most incredible Depeche Mode shows ever” – JD Fanger.

Marxmen were the support act.
