Depeche Mode performed 'Ghosts Again' and 'Personal Jesus' as part of the Sanremo Music Festival 2023. 'Ghosts Again' was performed to a backing track with live vocals. 'Personal Jesus' featured live drums and guitar.

The performance was live streamed online and was available to stream on-demand at RAI's website but is no longer available circa 25 February 2023.

During the first verse of 'Personal Jesus', Dave sang an incorrect word ("someone to hear my prayers").
