Depeche Mode performed 'Ghosts Again' and 'Personal Jesus' as part of the Sanremo Music Festival 2023. 'Ghosts Again' was performed to a backing track with live vocals. 'Personal Jesus' featured live drums and guitar.

The performance was live streamed online. Video on-demand is available to watch on RAI's website here.

During the first verse of 'Personal Jesus', Dave sang an incorrect word ("someone to hear my prayers").
