Martin Gore and Andy Fletcher went to the studio of Radio España for an interview about the upcoming Music For The Masses Tour, which would start in Madrid. As they state in the interview, they had already performed on one Spanish TV show, 'Sabado Noche' that morning, and Alan and Dave had already gone to the second TV show, 'A Tope', where Andy and Martin would meet them later.
