Depeche Mode performed Ghosts Again and Personal Jesus as part of the Sanremo Music Festival 2023. Ghosts Again was performed to a backing track with live vocals. Personal Jesus featured live drums and guitar.

The performance was live streamed online. Video on-demand is available to watch on RAI's website here.

During the first verse of Personal Jesus, Dave sang an incorrect word ("someone to hear my prayers").
