Dates where Live performance dates was played

HOW TO USE: This template can be used to display a list of live performance dates for a song by tour. This template is normally displayed on [[Song Title]]/Live performance dates sub-pages. To display this template on such a page, use {{Live performance dates|XXXX}}, where "XXXX" is a year ("1990", "1993", etc.) Entering a year will make it so that the template only displays tours occurring during and after that year.

For example, using {{Live performance dates|1990}} on a song's Live performance dates sub-page will list the dates of each concert the song was played at starting from the 1990 World Violation tour.

IMPORTANT: At least one optional parameter must be specified in order for the template to display results. These optional parameters are includeDM, includeDG, includeAW, includeMLG, and includeMisc. Using includeDM will display all tours undertaken by Depeche Mode. includeDG will include all solo tours undertaken by Dave Gahan. includeAW will include all tours undertaken by Alan Wilder as part of Recoil. includeMLG will include all solo tours undertaken by Martin Gore. includeMisc will include all non-tour live performances participated in by past or present members of Depeche Mode, such as one-off promotional events. Each of these optional parameters can be used at the same time to display all tours. To use these parameters, separate each parameter with the pipe symbol.

For example, using {{Live performance dates|1993|includeDM=true|includeAW=true}} on a song's Live performance dates sub-page will list the dates of each concert the song was performed at across all Depeche Mode and Recoil tours undertaken since 1990.
