"That's really hard to pick a favourite Mark Lanegan song, there's so many. I'd have to say 'Kingdoms of Rain' possibly. But then again on the flip side I love 'Carnival'. The lyrics are pretty dark but it always makes me just feel good. They're both from 'Whiskey For The Holy Ghost'. And then there's from Bubblegum of course - probably my favourite album, if I was going to have to take just one with me - it's probably "A Strange Religion'. Just a great lyric. You know, Mark had an amazing way of telling a story that somehow felt very familiar, and an honesty in his approach to lyric writing. And sometimes quite humorous I think, actually. There's a lot of people that don't agree with me on that but anyway... Yeah so there you go. It's very hard to pick one song, so I picked three."
