A great sounding, complete audience recording. Most of the recording is of unknown lineage. The last track is sourced from a tape copy of the vinyl bootleg New Mode. This bootleg was later repressed on a CD bootleg The 19th Strike, but it seems that the transfer used for the bootleg was poor as the recording is very noisy and clipping was introduced. My tape transfer is free of clipping and is somewhat less noisy, but still lacks dynamic range compared to the rest of the recording. I retained and restored as much audience noise as possible between the last two tracks, but there are still a couple gaps. No music is lost.
A very good audience recording. Compared to the prior available versions of this recording, this version has better bass and treble response as well as a better known lineage. Tora! Tora! Tora! has some phasing issues which seem more pronounced compared to the prior source; the same flaw affects the vinyl bootleg copies of this recording as well, so perhaps it is an innate flaw on the master tape. Perhaps the issue is not as apparent on the prior version because the issue seems to affect only the higher frequencies, which are more lacking on that version.

The New Mode vinyl bootleg has very harsh treble (as you can tell from the overall sound of Dreaming Of Me), which is why I didn't use that to replace the existing source used for tracks 1-13.
This tape copy is missing Dreaming Of Me, which was included on vinyl bootlegs of this recording. darkdevoted kindly digitized his original pressing "New Mode" vinyl bootleg so that Dreaming Of Me can be patched in to this recording. Unfortunately, the bootleg audio suffers from noticeable wow & flutter (which seems to be the fault of the bootleg itself and not the equipment used to digitize it) and generally worse sound, but some equalization has been applied to make the treble less harsh and for the overall sound to better match the rest of the recording's sound characteristics. If you do not want this added track, delete it and swap in the version of Television Set from the "original TV Set" subfolder.

If anyone knows who the taper of this recording is, please let me know as I would love to preserve the master tape of this recording, particularly since it sounds so good. The bootleg vinyl artwork thanks "the Clever Man", whoever that might be...

Many thanks to subwave collection CH for acquiring this tape long ago, darkdevoted for the vinyl rip, and to Vince for his assistance with securing this tape.

Notes

A very good audience recording. Compared to the prior available versions of this recording, this version has better bass and treble response as well as a better known lineage. Tora! Tora! Tora! has some phasing issues which seem more pronounced compared to the prior source; the same flaw affects the vinyl bootleg copies of this recording as well, so perhaps it is an innate flaw on the master tape. Perhaps the issue is not as apparent on the prior version because the issue seems to affect only the higher frequencies, which are more lacking on that version.
