Notes
On August 17th 2003, Dave and his band did a special acoustic set at the Expression Center for New Media in Emeryville (near San Francisco) for winners of a 104.9 FM Radio contest. According to Slickmode, they played five songs. Three songs, Dirty Sticky Floors, Black And Blue Again, and Bitter Apple, were recorded and included as a bonus feature on the Live Monsters DVD.
