Notes

Most of the tracks are sourced from the December 31, 2009 NPR FM broadcast because they seem less lossy than the pre-FM tracks (which should not be lossy at all, in ideal conditions). I used the pre-FM CD source for Come Back since that track was only offered as a streaming bonus when the recording was available on NPR's website. The interview can be listened to on the main page for this date.
