1985-03-26 Cullen Auditorium, Houston, TX, USA/Source 1
Notes
A very good audience recording. Hiss is somewhat loud, particularly in the left channel, but it is not too distracting. The first few seconds of Lie To Me are missing due to tape flip and the first few seconds of Shout are missing, probably due to the taper pausing the recorder. This tape has a small damaged portion and two patches of several seconds during Leave In Silence and Everything Counts using the prior source were used to maintain sound quality and listening enjoyment.
This is an upgrade to the prior source previously shared by me in 2014. Though the generation is still unconfirmed, this sounds to be from a low generation copy and sounds noticeably better than the prior source. If anybody knows the taper of this recording, please share as I'd love to try to contact them to transfer the master if it's still in existence.
Many thanks to RP for lending me this cassette to transfer and share.
