For the first half of September 1990, Depeche Mode went to Japan to give six concerts. On the last day, Dave and Martin were interviewed by Rockin' On magazine in Tokyo, right before their concert at Nippon Budokan. The interview appeared in the November 1990 issue of the magazine, which has been scanned and uploaded on depechemode.jp. In 2014, interpreter Steve Harris uploaded the audio of the interview on YouTube. The upload on Box.com below is from that YouTube upload.
