This was a warm up / rehearsal gig for the 2001 Exciter Tour. No tickets were sold for this show: instead, there was a contest on KROQ radio during which winners could win two tickets if they were the 20th caller whenever KROQ was airing a Depeche Mode track. The venue held about 600 people.

Allegedly, Martin had problems singing Breathe.

Antony Kiedis from The Red Hot Chili Peppers was in attendance.
