So basically there is somekind of instructor on the mic that instructs the people how to behave, not to drink too much alcohol, not throw any stuff etc.

What you need to keep in mind, this was when the GDR/DDR was still intact, Eastern Germany, which were under an iron curtain, were only allowed to travel to Russian countries, etc. They were absolutely not used to see western bands playing live in their country. Or how to behave in such a concert, etc.

This concert was a really huge deal. And thats why they had that instructor.
