Regarding the whistle during Boys Say Go! only being played at 1982-10-25 Hammersmith Odeon, London, England, UK, you seem to be correct. I checked all other available recordings from the ABF tour and no other concert had the whistle during the middle section. Of course, that isn't to say no other concert had the whistle, it just can't be proven at the moment. However, I can't discern if anybody is wearing a whistle or blowing the whistle during that point in the song, even on a high-quality video source. How did you come to the conclusion that Alan blows an actual whistle during that track?
