If you have a recording you feel would be a good addition to the archive, please let us know via email at admin [at] depechemode-live [dot] com. We would be glad to digitize any cassette tape of a Depeche Mode recording. It doesn't necessarily have to be a soundboard or FM recording or even a very good audience recording; your recording can always go on DIME, after all! Interviews are also accepted, in any format; they need not be lossless.
We are looking for the following recordings in particular:
- 1984-11-03 Hammersmith Odeon, London, England, UK - specifically the "stage recording" that Rage Mail Order distributed in the UK - the currently circulating transfer of that tape is plagued by frequent pops and clicks in the last third of the recording and may be the fault of the specific tape that was transferred
- 1993-07-31 Crystal Palace Sports Ground, London, England, UK - master or low-gen recording either of the original BBC Radio 1 broadcasts from 1993; any format is acceptable
- 1994-04-10 Complejo Estadio Nacional, Santiago, Chile - master or low-gen recording of the FM broadcast; any format is acceptable
