Allegedly, Dave Gahan sang the second verse of 'Never Let Me Down Again' in place of the first. According to now-defunct website DMHotwire.de, the stage lights were hanging too low during 'Fly On The Windscreen', causing Gahan to say "Oh, we've got new friends on stage tonight."

Anton Corbijn was in attendance and took photos.

Spiritualized was the support act. The audience was very hostile towards them, resulting in the group quitting as a support act after only five shows.
