It would seem "Christmas Island" was not played at this concert. According to Cheryl Booth on Facebook, who attended this concert:

I wonder why we didn't get Christmas Island in the set? Didn't ever know it was part of the show. I remember we just had the low drone of the start of black celebration going on for ages before the show started... I remember waiting for them to come on so clearly.
