Notes

A very good audience recording. Christmas Island is incomplete. Blasphemous Rumours is missing the first few seconds, probably due to tape or vinyl flip.

The first notes of Leave In Silence are audible during the fade-out of Shake The Disease. Since it fades out there really isn't any way for me to restore the audio unless I use a different recording (as I can't restore the volume level uniformly, and the background noise would be very loud even if I could), so I left it be.
