Notes
Fletch and Martin also did an interview earlier that day.
Depeche Mode's movie '101' is mostly shot at the Rose Bowl but also contains brief shots from previous concerts on this leg of the tour. Upon closer inspection, it seems that the shot of a fan running on stage towards Dave (and then getting removed by security guards) was most likely shot during this concert. Attendee Harlow Monk confirms this, telling DMLiveWiki: "The girl was in the front row on the right side. Some friends helped her, putting their hands together and basically catapulting her over the barrier and on to the stage. She went flying in the air! What's missing in '101' is the two other people coming at Dave seconds late from the left side."[1]
Also in '101', Theresa Conroy can be heard saying that this concert was a sold out affair playing to "20,000 people".
Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark was the support act.
