Notes
The Orange County Register reported that "the group sold out the 16,000-capacity Meadowlands Arena."
Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark was the support act. Andy McCluskey says: "We were touring with our crew and on our day off – the Depeche Mode boys weren't there because they weren't touring with their crew – our bus and the other crew bus met for a game of cricket, and we beat the Depeche crew. They weren’t very happy about this so they arranged for a rematch in New Jersey and they beat the pants off us. Obviously Dave Gahan was wired off his face and was just swinging for Britain."
