I was supposed to meet Mark in Atlanta for this show. But I had missed my flight from Detroit due to a wedding a handful of hours from the airport. It was a huge bummer. I was looking forward to taping the show/seeing my friend. I asked if he was going to be taping the show. He said something along the lines of "he would just enjoy the show." Where we were sitting, I totally understood. Although, I was a little sad to hear he wouldn't be rolling tape. Dejected for the rest of the evening.. I woke up on Monday and checked my inbox to see I had an email from Mark that was titled, "Depeche Atlanta." No. Way. I immediately called him and he said, "I couldn't not tape from these nasty seats!" LOL I was exploding!

Tape smokes. I am really glad someone captured the show, especially in this quality. The intro is a bit cut at the beginning as the R09 is a double tap to get out of standby prior to recording. First time Mark saw Depeche and really glad he still went. Regardless if he got a tape or not. But it's definitely a plus! Hoping we will be able to catch a show in the near future together.
