Notes

An excellent matrix recording created from multiple IEM feeds. There are a couple spots of static here and there, but it's still a fantastic tape overall. Here are the notes from the original info file:

This is truly my last tape of the Depeche Mode tour. I have wanted to go to The Forum to see a show for a long time and it was a very interesting experience! I have been very fortunate to see, what has been, my favorite band since I was a child so many times this year. Although each show's setlist was pretty much the same. I tried to enjoy each show a bit differently. By the end of the tour, I was getting tired and I could see the same with the band. I bet they are looking forward to having some time off before heading back to Europe to play this same set. Hopefully adding a few new songs in to the mix. Seeing so many shows, you can pick up on small details of the show you might have missed going to one. Maybe someone missing keys or fumbling with the lyrics. I will say, consistently, that Christian Eigner is a machine behind the drums. I feel like he never had a fault at any of the shows I saw. I have a lot more respect for him as a musician. But, this is what truly makes live music and people human. Like I said, The Forum has been such an iconic venue. Depeche Mode selling out 5 nights there in 1993. So it was pretty cool to come and see a show here. Again, never get tired of Black Celebration - Stripped - John The Revelator at the end of the main set. Sadly, I did not change the batteries in my Marantz audio recorder for my Schoeps after the San Diego night 2 show and used the same ones. I paid the price. The Schoeps audio was incomplete after Stripped. So it is not used in the audio mix that is provided or the video.

I have enjoyed making these tapes and sharing them out. I know there are many people on here who tape Depeche and just grab and dash. It's 2023, share tapes. We all would love to hear them. As always, I would love to hear any Nine Inch Nails tapes people may have just sitting on their hard drives or on tapes.
