This concert was announced on July 15, 2023 via Depeche Mode's official Twitter account:

"Due to exceptional demand, a second London O2 show has been added on Saturday, January 27, 2024. Tickets for all UK shows on sale now -- details at https://dpchm.de/dmuk."

This concert had the live debut of Before We Drown, and the tour debuts for Somebody and Behind The Wheel. After the end of Behind The Wheel, Dave said "we'd like to dedicate that song, to our friend and our bandmate Mr. Andrew Fletcher".
