"'I Need You' partly is about needing life much more than I'd really care to admit. It's important to me to learn from it and learn from my own mistakes and not hide from them. I guess part of it is a little dig at Martin [Gore], some nights it turns into that, even at my band. It takes on different personalities depends who I'm pissed off with."
